Description:

Class 8 students have done Climate Action Project 2020 for week 4, in which lot of work has been shown  by students to explain the solutions for changes in  climate locally as well as globally. They worked on ppt, poster, model making, and created cross word  puzzle also. Students learnt  about  solutions of changes in climate  happened.

Maglev trains: Maglev trains are trains that run on magnetic force and have a greater speed as compared to the normal Indian trains, they are also called bullet train… These trains are environment friendly if used with the help of solar or hydro electricity and won’t even harm our nature… Maglev (derived from magnetic levitation) is a system of train transportation that uses two sets of magnets: one set to repel and push the train up off the track, and another set to move the elevated train ahead, taking advantage of the lack of friction. Along certain "medium-range" routes (usually 320 to 640 km [200 to 400 mi]), maglev can compete favourably with highspeed rail and airplanes. In Maglev, superconducting magnets suspend a train car above a U-shaped concrete guideway. Like ordinary magnets, these magnets repel one another when matching poles face each other. Here, both magnetic attraction and repulsion are used to move the train car along the guideway
