This week's activity took place in partnership with a local NGO, The Community Foundation of Oradea (FCO), which organizes a series of green and environmental protection activities in our town. Alongside the executive director of the foundation, Mr. Cătălin Popa, we carried out an activity in a local town, maintained by volunteers. Through this kind of activity, we learned that it is important for each and every one of us to act and get involved and that any of us can cause even the slightest change, where we live. Visiting the foundation's office taught us about other green projects supported by FCO, and they invited us to take part in them. In the future, we wish ro actively participate to projects proposed by this NGO, aimed at maintaining green areas of the town, recycling workshops and activities and volunteering, so that we can be a part of what is happening around us. These are the solutions we propose in order to become part of the community of people who wish to protect the environment.
