Allthough children of my group are very young learners, they show great curiosity and desire to get to know more about climate changes. This week we talked about effects - what are they, can we feel or sense it, and how. We invited a granmother of a boy from our group and talked about weather now and then. She lives for decades in our town and she talked what was the weather like when she was their age and what activities were populr back then. Children asked so many questions about wide range of things. At the end of this wonderful visit children learned that back then there wasnt so much cars, factories, plastic bags and toys, fruit and vegetables were produces in backyards and meat wasnt on schedule every day...

After this visit we were out again looking forsome evidence of obvious changes, having fun, observing, exploring, discussing, connecting knowledge, predicting...
