Hello, changemakers worldwide. We are a class of junior students from Iancu de Hunedoara National College in  Hunedoara, Romania and we are excited to join this global project of raising awareness of Climate change, pollution and measures to be taken immediately, knowing that the causes lie around/within us and so are the solutions. We live in a town that used to be one of the greatest industrial centres of steel production in eastern Europe, nowadays a mere shadow of what it used to be. Only the effects of long lasting pollution remained...Luckily, the town also prides itself with one of the most beautiful medieval castles in Europe and this gives hope that the town can reborn through tourism. And, of course, through the young generation - an open minded, socially and environmentally aware, active citizens that can take measures for a better future.

Our class prepared an introductory video to present ourselves, the town and the causes of climate change we notice around us: pollution and social misconduct. Our video and both serious in tone and slightly humorous (when acting out the misbehaving citizens) and should be treated accordingly. We have put a lot of thinking and a lot of heart into this first video and we truly hope that you will like it.
