Grade 9 students of our school conducted a research activity by asking their parents and grandparents to share their memories of sparrows and narrate any stories related to them. Thereafter they shared their findings by portraying drawings, narrating incidents told to them by their parents and grandparents, elucidating causes for the disappearance of sparrows, expressing their anguish through self-composed poems and lastly making bird feeders as a small step to rectify the damage.
