I am a passionate kindergarten teacher in a public school in Vermont. I believe in sustainability and working collaboratively with others locally and globally to solve solution based problems. I have spent over three decades teaching young children and learning alongside educators, children, and their families. Through the use of technology, I create a rich, interactive, and collaborative learning culture where kindness and empathy are ever-present. I am an ambassador for the #TeachSDGs where I promote and advocate for teachers and students globally to embrace the Global Goals into learning experiences to help promote awareness to help create positive ideas to promote sustainability everywhere. I am a National Geographic Certified Educator, a National Board Certified Teacher, and a former ambassador for Empatico where I promote kindness through everyday experiences. I love spending time outdoors swimming, walking, exploring the land and water. I enjoy knitting and writing whenever I can.
