He was born on March 6, 1986 in Bangoi-kouni. Soilihi graduated in sociology, specializing in social work and development, specialized educator option at the University of Antananarivo. Since 2013, Soilihi works as Youth Program Manager at the Comorian Association for Family Welfare. In 2011, he created the Bangoi-kouni Youth Association for the Sustainable Development of the Marine Environment. He is a trainer in human rights and HIV (Trained in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2016, one year). He is a member of the Francophonie youth movement "free together" trained to Rochefort, France. Its purpose and legacy is to promote sustainable development goals and protect the marine environment by creating a sustainable fisheries sector in the Comoros.
