1ST GRADE - WHAT IS CLIMATE CHANGE FOR YOU?

Our first graders are ready to save the planet!

During this week, we have been learning about the climate change and their causes. Such as global warming, greenhouse effect and other issues.

In this video you'll find some drawings about "what is the climate change" from the children's perspective.

Hope you enjoy it!

1ST GRADE - LET'S PLANT A TREE!

Hey!

First grade is ready to save the planet!

At this week, 1B02 has learned about causes and effects of climate change. We talked about deforestation, and thought about a way to solve this problem and help the planet: LET’S PLANT A TREE?

1ST GRADE - WHAT ARE THE CLIMATE CHANGE EFFECTS GLOBALLY?

Hello!
At this week, students have discussed about what are the effects of climate change, in our country and also in the rest of the world. We also have exchange some knowledge with Bledlow Ridge School, from England! They had recorded a video and send it to us, talking about their country and the climate change effects there, and we have done the same: recorded a video talking about Brazil and the effects here, and sent it to them. It was a very amazing moment!

Hope you enjoy the video ;)

1ST GRADE - MAKING A LIST OF SOLUTIONS

Hi, everybody! :)

At this week, first graders had thought about solutions to stop climate change! They talked a lot about many ways to help the planet, possible actions that they will take, and some more difficult actions that, maybe, can be taken by more prepared people (like scientists). We made a list with all this solutions.

Hope you enjoy it! :)

1ST GRADE - CHANGE THE EARTH IS IN OUR HANDS

Hey!
At this week, first graders had done an acrostic, reminding some keywords related to all we have learned so far about Climate Change. Then, they represented, through a drawing or painting, that the change we want, is in our hands!
