Lúcia Tardão, graduated in Portuguese and English Teaching from the University of Évora. Since 1994, she teaches English and Portuguese in the 3rd cycle of basic education and CEF (Educational and Professional Training Courses). She coordinated the Education and Training Courses, Alternative Curriculum and ORE (Other Educational Responses). She was secretary and vice president of the School Administration Board (1998/1999 and 2002-2005) and, in recent years, coordinates the English group of the 3rd cycle, in the Department of Languages. She worked with the University of the Algarve and the School of Education of the Algarve as an internship advisor and as a partner of the Comenius ETALAGE and PETALL projects and winner of the Erasmus award, European Language Stamp 2016, for this last project. She has participated in several Etwinning Projects. She was an Examiner and General Marker for Cambridge Key for Schools and PET for Schools. She is a teacher trainer in the specific didactics of teaching Portuguese and English with the use of ICT and TBLT.
