Isika Emmanuel is a webmaster and a serial entrepreneur who believes in youth power in transforming the world.

He is the co-founder of Accomease where he established with the aim that accommodation should be with ease. He also founded the Youth Initiative for Economic Empowerment (YIEE) whose goal is to ensure decent work for 1 million youths by 2030, aiming to achieve this by impacting 1 to impact 3 others. 

He has transformed the lives of 500 youths directly and 1,500 youths indirectly so far

He aims to achieve more and he is doing more.

In the quest of founding these startup, when he was asked about his motivations, he said, "if I don't do it who will? If not now, then when?" This has been my motivation so far.
