This first week, students did some research on trusted experts, climate change causes and thought about their connections to these causes locally. Debate, brainstorming, making videos and taking pictures were some of the activities they did, also. This means they were able to improve their English and, the most important, their environmental awareness as individuals belonging to a local area which is part of a country and of the world. The fact that what is done in the area they live might have consequences worldwide is one of the perks of the project.

The main priority will be the control of pollution from footwear factories and a sustainable agriculture.
