Daniel Otieno, PhD is a forward-thinking Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management Policy and Curriculum Studies at Kenyatta University, Kenya. He has taught Educational Leadership and Management for over ten years in several Universities. He has published articles in peer reviewed journals in the sub-disciplines of values-based leadership, digital literacy, blended learning and strategic management. He lectures in the disciplines of Educational Management, Educational Research, Monitoring and Evaluation and use of ICT in Education. His primary research focus is on integration of ICT in education, values-based leadership, organizational performance and the use of emerging pedagogies to support digital education and the development of 21st century competencies. His current research examines internationalization through virtual exchanges in higher education and sustainable development. He is an Erasmus + Virtual Exchange facilitator currently working on several projects.
