The 2nd week the 5th grade students of the 1st Primary School of Pyrgos initially watched some of the videos of The World’s Largest Lesson “Simon Says Save the Climate!” as a way to activate prior knowledge and connect to the previous lesson.

They explored the climate in Greece and, more specifically, in the area of Pyrgos, in the South West of Greece.

Then, they investigated how the climate has changed over the last decades.

They also looked into the ways climate change is affecting our lives and cases where the effects of climate change can be observed.
