Projects 2022

What is global warming

The class learnt what global warming is and how it is affecting our planet now and what it will be like in the future. We made posters to try shock people into realising that they need to stop what they doing and make big changes to save our earth.

Make a difference in our own patch of the world.

The class started at the begining of the year by planting indigienous water wise plants in a small area of our school. They have been watering it every day. 8 months later they are now weeding the garden and watering it some more. We also (propergated) planted in pots an endangered ground cover suculant and we are now we will look after them and when they are established we will transplant them into our eco garden at school.

Deforestation

Our class found out why deforestation is such a problem and we looked at home at how many medications and food items are made with palm oil.
